DAY .. 31.Desember
2008 - New Year
Happy new year to all! Today we took out some
old remote camera equipment and installed it in
the Easyglider. Fredrik flew by looking at a
widescreen and I served as launcher and backup
if the equipment failed. It was more difficult
than expected but mostly due to poor range. I
believe I need to check the antenna's. I also
flew a couple of flights and managed on the 2nd
flight to land just a few meters from us only by
looking at the screen. Very cool and a great
feeling to achieve this. Arild and Morten flew
also today but it was rather cold at -10C. Some

DAY .. 26.Desember
2008 - 2.day
What is better than sharing our fun place with
someone else. Today I went out and made a 500m
speed skating course on the ice. 6 skaters
already there today and we will try to keep it
well the whole season. Done it before and it
will shrink to 400m during the winter but that's
more how it should be ;) Took a couple of photos
with the Joker2 afterwards.
DAY .. 25.Desember
2008 - 1.day
As always the club meet on the ice for some
Christmas flying and we had 16 pilots and 10 of
them was in the air. A great but cold day..
-8Celcius and a small breeze. I flew my Diablo
and also school flew with one of the youngsters.

DAY .. 24.Desember
2008 - Predator
Sailplane pilots knows no boundaries.. I had to
get out and fly today. The Predator now has less
dihedral on the V-tail and that seemed to help a
lot. Now it comes smoothly out of the turns. 3
duration flights and one speed run before it was
time to pack up (-8C and 2-3m/s wind). Some
small thermals made the duration flights
interesting and I am happy I went out!

NEW Winter F3J
Lillehammer 1.mars Mjøsisen
Lillehammer modellflyklubb ønsker å invitere til
vinter F3J på Mjøsisen den 1.mars 2009. Klubben
og hjelpere vil stille med skikkelig sikrede
vinsjer på isen. Klubben på Lillehammer er i
rivende utvikling på seilflysiden, så møt opp og

DAY .. 23.Desember
2008 - Joker2
The ice is now ready with 450x40m and I guess I
will do some winching soon. Today I just took a
few photos for the clubpage with my Joker2
electric. Nice day but Christmas tomorrow and
presents had to be bought before the shops
closed.
DAY .. 20.Desember
2008 - Extra
Did not take out any plane from the car but
spent some hours on the ice with other pilots
and got to maiden a 2m Extra with DL50. The
pilot is fairly new and has gone thru the paces
from nothing to this in less that a year. Nice

2008 - Adrenaline
Ice is wonderful right now and 15cm thick
(enough to drive a car on if you want). I flew
my Adrenaline2 as it will soon be retired and
equipment will go into a Ultimate. Just as well
as the hinge-line loosened on the elevator and
it became a bit hard last landing.
DAY .. 15.Desember
2008 - Building
The local club have their own place for building
and meeting up for the weekly fun and laughter.
I have lately been fixing my dented Kobra DS and
are now preparing a fairly large electric
Ultimate.
DAY .. 13-14.Desember
2008 - Adrenaline
Not very good weather but as expected. It is
winter... But the ice came early this year and
we have started the season on the main ice (it
was frozen 9.des and were 13cm 14th). I flew my
Adrenaline 2meter and the Diablo. Both electro.
