DAY .. 30.January 2008 - Perfect SL
- Not so much flying lately but I have now and then had some Nemo flights that I have not written about here. So easy to just stop the car and have some throws ;) But today the weather was too good to get spoiled over a cup coffee.. -5C, almost dead calm (some small thermals) and sunshine to warm me up. So my Perfect SL came out and I had 4 long flights of the winch. 2.4GHz seems to work I just have to set the preset on the Rx to match neutral on channel 1.. Cant seem to get that to work..

DAY .. 20.January 2008 - Winter F3J
- 9 pilots. 4 from Sweden and 5 from Norway attended a great Winter F3J today and we had a blast. 4 preliminary round and no finals on winches but other to the F3J rules with a lunch (hot swedish soup) made it a battle and we all love that. With no finals one had to win it all and I did not. My team had some linebreaks (on a new 1,45 line...) and I had to try to win a slot with the height I got in round 3 and 4. Managed it in round 4 but in round 3 I landed out and got a zero. But the feeling is good and this is the battle we need during a long winter ;) Lovely weather (+3 and sun) and a little breeze on the ground and strong winds at launch height. Flew the whole competition with my SSL Perfect and on 2,4Ghz. Might have felt a couple of glitches but I flew far away and low at times and it went ok. I now have an extra antenna out the bottom a bit aft of the hook.

DAY .. 13.January 2008 - Perfect E SL
- A bit cold with -10C but had to get out and fly a bit. Some flights with the Perfect Electro SL and in today's conditions I could just float and float and float... Very thick air that suddenly changed for some minutes before it was silky smooth again.

DAY .. 12.January 2008
- We are one of few with nice conditions so we had a visitor with a 1/2 scale tiger moth and Kjell Arne and me also flew a lot today. Nice cloudy but calm conditions and I flew my Adrenaline 2M 3 flights.

DAY .. 11.January 2008 - Indoor
- A bit of indoor is always great and this season has started. 3 year old Gjermund Kjørli also flew both mini chopper and his fathers 2 rotor. Welcome in the club Gjermund. I flew my two NoLiemit's one on 2,4GHz and one on 35MHz. Both working well and only difference is length of antenna really..

DAY .. 10.January 2008 - Perfect SL and Nemo
- Out with the winch and a good time. Nice to get out even if it was a bit turbulent today. Wind came across the valley making turbulence but also a lot of upgoing winds so I could work myself up. Could fly as long as I wanted and had a good hour almost of flying time with my Perfect SL. Flew the Nemo afterwards. Do NOT push the range button on the X9303 2,4GHz while in the air... You will loose the signal too long...

DAY .. 8.January 2008 - Season meeting
- Went to Oslo for a season meeting in the Cirrus club. We discussed the coming season and various comp. issues. I felt it was a very good meeting and maybe we can get this club back on track on the competition scene. This year this club alone will have 4 F3J and 4 F3B National cupevents including the Nationals in F3J. What a great leap forward! There might be slightly less pilots in each event the first year but mostly having more fun grows more fun overall.

DAY .. 6.January 2008 - Perfect SL
- Out flying my SL today on winch. Always great to get some launching done! Calm conditions and a couple of degrees minus. Did some flight modes checking and as always there is some tweaking that can be done. You probably wonder why my launches are straight.. This is some due to the wide lens of the camera and also that I use slippery gloves so a more forward "let go" is used.

DAY .. 6.January 2008 - Perfect electro
- Lots of snowfall lately but we have kept the big field open (400x40m) and after remoivig snow for an hour today I took out the Perfect electro and had 2 long flights. A couple of other guys also was out in the light snowing weather and -2C. Not very good weather to take pictures but with a flash I managed some ok pictures.
