2010 - Perfect
My son is ready for Istanbul Eurotour next
weekend. He wanted a dragon to show he means
business.
A small paintjob and looks cool. The canopy is
just tape.

2010 - Perfect
Me and my son Fredrik needed a good session out
before we go to Istanbul on the 8th april so we
brought out our main models for that event and
had some nice flights. It calm but downdraft
from the mountains made it difficult. Anything
from 4 to 12min if you hooked on or not. I also
git some questions on launch setup from a friend
in North Cyprus (Hi Eser!) about my launch
settings so I measured. Both models are set up
manually and never measured so it was cool to
see they were very close. camber and elevator
was equal on both models while the hook was 3mm
forward on Fredrik's model (it had been set up
safe for him). Beware that I use 12mm on flap
and equal on ailerons (slightly less on ailerons
if flap is sloppy). Any change on parameters or
different measurements will make things
different so take it as a guidance. They way I
set up my launch mode is easily said like this:
Fly straight with launch camber and adjust the
elevator untill it flies with a slightly high
nose. Then set your hook so the model rotates
well and tracks well up on launch. For F3B style
launching you can have the hook further back
than F3J. It should track well up the line and
not be on its tail even in downwind launching
(all type of launching needs to be tested). In
F3J we want a fairly good launch in any
situation. In F3B style launching you have more
time to build pressure and can do a relaunch.
Therefore one can have a steeper angle. Some
also need to make a small notch in the hook with
a file (very small though) so that one does not
pop off.

2010 -
Diablo
Sorry for the few updates guys. I have flown a
bit more than seen here though mostly with DLG
and helicopter.
Today was my birthday and what better to do than
fly! I took out the Diablo that had not been
flown for a while. Maybe for a reason because it
just died on me.. The BEC was what died so the
model is ready for the bin. Just as well since
it was beginning to ware and tare. Think all the
equipment is ok.

Fagernes Airshow
5 days of continuous flying and all of them we
had great weather. 104 pilots in total had some
great time on the ice and 110 for dinner
saturday with price giving. I had some work
behind the scenes and on the scenes with
speaker, pictures, etc. I also got to fly
Xplorer 3.8 electro and Joker 2 heli (taking
some photos). It is so nice when all you hear is
positive feedback after a big event like this.
Tired but happy.
Lots of pictures by me here (305...) - See

2010 - Nemo aileron
Received a new cool wing for my Nemo. Daniel is
a cool dude and this model is still my favourite
mini model to play with. Now with a aileron wing
I might loose some thermal abillity or maybe not
(have to test more). The big advantage is that I
can have more fun, get landing flaps and play
with speed and thermal mode on the wing. The
servos are are ready glued in andcoupled. There
is simply nothing to do but screw it on and
solder on some contacts for the rx. That is how
finished it is! It was 3-4ms winds today but a
passing thermal made it fun after the aerobatic
session. All up is also amazingly still under
100g even with my glassed elevator/rudder.
Daniel's website is soon up again on

2010 - "Neglespretten" IGG Grossegler event
3rd day of the "Neglespretten" IGG Grossegler event

that were there ;)
I have added more pictures to the gallery HERE

2010 - "Neglespretten" IGG Grossegler event
2nd day of the "Neglespretten"(nailbiteevent) on
the ice and wonderful conditions with thermals
and almost dead calm. I finally flew my 6,3m Fox
and had fun in aerobatic with spins and all +
thermalled it to altitude (it is light at 12kg).
Fredrik also flew the Fox 3 flights with buddy
box (daddy still wants to land it...).
Some pictures here
but more updates later.

2010 - Joker 2
Field with parking places is ready for this
weekends IGG grossegler event, microplane event
and also the annual
Fagernes Airshow 19-21.march. I took out the
Joker with the camera on a wonderful day. I
should have flown more I think. Could have
gotten a good shot of the moon in the night but
was a few hours late and not the best lens I
guess.
